Introduction
Cappuccino In The Park was established in 1992.
It was created to fill a void in the catering industry for a mobile
coffee service in the San Diego area. You can say it is an espresso
bar on wheels. Using an unprecedented concept and design,
a fully self-contained vehicle was ordered, manufactured and delivered
to the owners. San Diego's first fully mobile specialty drink
catering service was up and literally running that same year, thus
satisfying a waiting market of coffee connoisseurs. In 1995 the
business was purchased by the current owner/operators, Ramona &
Carlos Carrera and is operated as a family enterprise.
